2019-20 Operating Budget Requests extension |
The deadline for 2019-20 department operating budget requests has been extended to Friday, Feb. 15. If you are a department budget manager, please refer to the guide posted on the Business Office website for specific guidance and instruction on the steps to follow. You can expect to receive an email with additional information and budget templates specific to your department within a few days if you have not received them already. |
The Mail Center can no longer accept All Campus Spending for payment for stamps or services. We regret the inconvenience; please bring cash, check, or credit/debit card as payment. Also, as Valentine’s Day approaches, the Mail Center would like to remind student organizations to check Mail Center policies in preparing mail or gifts for students. 2019-20 Student Employment budget workbooks and student employee job descriptions were emailed out to the respective supervisors and budget managers the week of Jan. 7. Departments are asked to complete and return the budget workbook and job description templates electronically to studentemployment@wartburg.edu by Friday, Feb. 15. If you cannot locate your department’s budget workbook and/or job descriptions that were emailed to you, please contact the Student Employment Office. |
