What's your story?
This is an anonymous survey.

Some of the repsonses will be used to make a collective piece for the Raise The Vibration event. We want to know your experiences and be a voice for you. We understand that some of these questions may be difficult to answer, so only share as much as you feel comfortable with.

If you have any concerns or need someone to reach out to, you can contact the executive members through the V-day email: Vday@wartburg.edu.

You can also reach out to the counseling services on campus located at the Pathways Center in the Libary.
