Athletic Hall of Fame Nomination Form

Selection Criteria

Future candidates for the Wartburg College Athletic Hall of Fame may be nominated by alumni, parents, friends of the college, faculty or staff members. Nominations must be submitted by January 31 each year. Once an individual is nominated, his or her name will stay on the ballot for 10 years. The Hall of Fame Selection Committee selects the inductees. Click here to search the list of past HOF inductees.

Wartburg Athletic Hall of Fame Selection Criteria:

• Must be a Wartburg graduate but need not have done all their undergraduate work at the college.
• Must have graduated at least 10 years prior to the award year.
• Must have been an outstanding athlete at Wartburg as substantiated by All-Conference or All-American honors or career statistics.
• Must have demonstrated evidence of professional or personal achievement after graduation.
• Must have made a contribution in the community in which they have lived.
