Policies for Sir Victor Appearance

1. Request forms must be received two weeks prior to the event.
2. Payment for the appearance must be received before the event takes place.
3. Checks should be made to Wartburg College.
   
4. A private and lockable changing room must be available for Sir Victor for appearances that are longer than 45 minutes. (No public rooms or public restrooms)
5. Sir Victor does not talk.
6. Mascot suit will not be loaned or rented out.
7. Appearance prices do not include mileage costs, travel (outside of Bremer county) and meals. (Ask for these additional fees).
8. Completion of this form does not guarantee Sir Victor can fill the request.
